Sometimes when you update your avatar, it doesn't update on the Team Chart.
There are two ways to fix this:
Update the correct Profile
There are two types of profiles in MetaPulse.
The Team Chart uses the avatar in the Company Profile settings first and if empty, it checks for an avatar in the Personal Profile Settings.
So, be sure to update the Avatar in Company Profile to change the avatar that appears on the Team Chart associated with that Company Profile.
Clear Browser Cache with a Hard Refresh
Sometimes after uploading a new avatar, the old one will still appear. This requires a Hard Refresh of your browser to clear the cache (local memory).
To hard refresh your browser follow these steps.
On a PC, while in your browser press Ctrl + F5 or Shift + F5.
On a Mac, while in your browser press Shift + Command + R in Chrome or Firefox for Mac. For Safari, press Command + Option + E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.
