Manage Guest Settings

Guest Expiration

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Here you can edit when a Guest's access expires

  6. Click Update


Name and Number

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Enter the Guest's details as required

  6. Click Update


Location

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Enter the Guest's location details as required

  6. Click Update


Avatar

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Click Choose File and upload your picture

  6. Click Update

Employee Settings

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Enter Employee ID

  6. Enter Date Hired

  7. Enter Type of Employee

  8. Enter the Cost Center

  9. Click Update


Notifications

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Edit Guest

  5. Adjust the notification settings as required

  6. Click Update


How to Promote a Guest to a Member

Promote a single guest to a member

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Click on Promote to Member

  5. Edit member details as described in the other steps above

  6. Click Promote

Promote multiple guests to members in bulk

  1. First, export the Guests report to get the Member ID which identifies the guests. To export a report, see Data Export. The Guests report will look like the above picture.

  2. Copy columns B, C and D from step 1 in a new .csv file. If you want to change their email, you can enter the desired email.

  3. You need to import the .csv file into MetaPulse. To do that, see How to Import Members in Bulk. Skip step 5. On step 6, you will attach this .csv file.


How to Delete a Guest

  1. Select Settings

  2. Click on Guests

  3. Choose Manage next to the Guest you want to edit

  4. Select Delete Guest

  5. Click OK on the pop up that appears
