If you are trying to create a new graph or edit multiple graphs at the same time, you might run into the following error:
"Name is already in use for given responsible member"
This means that:
The member already has an graph with the same name.
The graph might be active, hidden or archived.
Two ways to fix the issue:
Rename graph or graphs.
Or delete the existing graphs first.
