To help isolate an issue, we sometimes need to know exactly what your Browser is doing in the background. To do this we use what is called the "Console".


Sending us a screenshot of the Console activity will help use resolve the issue faster.

Each Browser has a a different way of viewing the console, select your browser below.

Check for errors in Google Chrome

  1. Right-click on your webpage and select Inspect

  2. Click Console

  3. If there are errors, make a screenshot and send it to us.


Check for errors in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Right-click on your webpage and select Inspect

  2. Click Console

  3. If there are errors, make a screenshot and send it to us.


Check for errors in Safari

  1. Click on Safari and select Preferences

  2. Click Advanced

  3. Select Show Develop menu in menu bar. Close the window.

  4. Click on the Develop menu

  5. Click Show Web Inspector

  6. Click Console

  7. Click Errors. If there are errors, make a screenshot and send it to us.
