If you have multiple Organizations or multiple Accounts, each with a different login email, you will run into problems getting access.
The best practice is to use one email address for all Accounts and Organizations.
Solutions:
If you have multiple Accounts, then add your main email to the Account Holder. See Account Settings.
If you have multiple Organizations, then add your main email as a Member of each Organization. See Members. And to ensure you have full access to that Organization be sure to give yourself Owner Permissions.
