How to Use Max and Min Functions in Calculated Graphs

Our popular Calculated Graph feature has had an upgrade!

Now you can use the following functions within graph formulas:

  • Max (Graph1, Graph2, etc)

  • Min (Graph1, Graph2, etc)

Here’s how they work:

Let’s say you want to track and reward the Highest Sales for the month.

To do that, you compare all sales graphs. Using the Max() function, the graph will automatically calculate the highest sales for that period. Keep in mind, you can include two or more graphs within the formula.

The Min() function will return the lowest value from a list of graphs. You can include two or more graphs within the formula.

We’ll be adding more advanced functions soon.

Go ahead and give it a try today and reach out to support if you need help.
