The "Results" will only display when the Result field has text added. Blank results will not show.
By default, "Results" will only display for the first 2 levels of the Team Chart. If you want to modify this, see step 9 in Edit a Team Chart.
With 2 levels, that could be your organization and executive structure. Or, it could be your organization and divisions if no executive structure. See example below:
At this time you will not see department results from the overall view of the Team Chart. However, there are 2 ways you can view them:
Method #1
Click the 3-dot menu
Click Information
This will show Results (if they have been entered).
Method #2
Click the 3-dot menu
Click Zoom
The section of the chart will open in a new tab, showing its Results.
