Entering or Updating Credit Card Details

Note, only members with Account Holder access can update payment details.

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Payment Details

  4. If you need to update your credit card details, click Manage Subscription.

  5. Click Add payment method and fill out your new details.

Troubleshooting Credit Card Issues

Occasionally banks will decline credit cards for security reasons if they consider the transaction outside your usual spending habits.

If your card is being declined, please contact your bank and ask why the MetaPulse transaction is not allowed to go through. Often all they need is your confirmation that all is OK.


View Billing & Invoice History

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Payment Details

  4. Click Manage Subscription

  5. Click on the desired invoice

  6. Click Download invoice or Download Receipt
