Focus on ONE thing
Although MetaPulse has many different features, all of which help a business grow, it’s important to focus on the ONE thing the client needs.Here’s what we have found to work:
Find out the biggest problem the business owners or managers face.
Decide what MetaPulse feature will help solve that problem and explain how.
Avoid sharing all of the other features of MetaPulse unless the client asks for them.
Encourage the client to get started immediately by taking the first simple step. For example:
If they need to start tracking results, agree on the main 3 or 4 results and make those.
If they need to start with issues, policy or procedures, start with the first 3 or 4 and issue those.
Once the client starts to see an improvement in their business by implementing just these simple things, they’ll be encouraged to do more.
