MetaPulse, Inc. is based in the USA and falls under the jurisdiction of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The IRS considered Affiliates independent contractors.
We are required to have all independent contractors complete a special form if we pay them more than $600 USD per year.
Affiliates fall into one of these categories:
US based Affiliates - if you live in the USA, you need to complete the W9 form
Affiliates based outside the US - must complete W8-BEN-E form.
