We get it, despite all your efforts, sometimes your referrals don't click on your unique referral link and your efforts in promoting MetaPulse go unrewarded.
We don't want that to happen.
As an Active Affiliate, we consider you one of the team 👊.
So if you have clients who have signed up to MetaPulse but they are not showing up as a referral of yours, then reach out to support via chat provide the following info:
Referral's Name
Referral's Email
When they signed up to MetaPulse (if you don't know, an estimate is fine)
What promotional activity you did (such as email, seminar, personal meeting, etc)
We'll reach out to them and confirm that they are a referral of yours. Once verified, we'll tag them as your referral and pay you any commissions owed.
Note, you need to reach out to us within 90 days of them paying for their account.
