The purpose of the Growth League is to showcase and reward those businesses who, by actively using MetaPulse — the world's first Growth Management System — are achieving their targets and goals.

They achieve this by systematically implementing the 9 Building Blocks of

a True Team, as described in the book TRUE TEAM by Tony Melvin & Mikel Lindsaar.
