Create a New Alert Type

  1. Click Settings

  2. Expand your Organization

  3. Click Alert types

  4. Click New Alert Type

  5. Type the desired name for the Alert Type

  6. Enter description, if needed.

  7. If you created a Knowledge item that explains in greater detail each type of Alert that you are using, you can select it here. Later, when a team member creates an Alert and needs to choose the correct report, this Knowledge item will appear as a reference and the member will be able to get more info on the alert.

  8. Enter Sequence number to arrange the order of appearance of the Alert Type

  9. Click Create Alert Type


Edit Alert Types

  1. Click Settings

  2. Expand your Organization

  3. Click Alert types

  4. Click Edit on the desired alert type

  5. Make the necessary changes.
    โ€‹Knowledge Item - If you created a Knowledge item that explains in greater detail each type of Alert that you are using, you can select it here. Later, when a team member creates an Alert and needs to choose the correct report, this Knowledge item will appear as a reference and the member will be able to get more info on the alert.
    โ€‹Sequence - The Sequence number will arrange the order of appearance of the Alert Type.

  6. Click Update Alert Type
