Difference between Sorted and Unsorted Knowledge Items

When viewing Knowledge Items using the Subject filter (in the Knowledge View), items appear alphabetically by default.

The order can be changed with a manual drag-n-drop of items from the Unsorted items to the Sorted items as shown below.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Expand your Organization

  3. Expand Knowledge

  4. Click on Subjects

  5. Click Manage on the desired Knowledge Subject
NOTE: By default, the Knowledge items appear alphabetically when using the Subject filter.

The order can be changed with a manual drag-n-drop of items from the Unsorted items to the Sorted items section to put them in the desired order.

Any items left in the Unsorted items section will appear in alphabetical order AFTER those in the sorted section
