We recommend that you first add all the posts to the org chart. This is covered in How to Create An Org Chart - Step 2 - Creating Hats and Adding Posts to the Org Chart
Once done, you're ready for this step.
Before assigning a post to an individual, you first need to add them as a member to MetaPulse. In other words, you need to give them a login.
If your team is already using MetaPulse, you can follow these steps below. If not, follow our Help Docs - How to Add a Member, Edit Member Details and Graph permissions.
TIP: You don’t need to grant access to graphs, as you can do that later when you add them to the org chart. All you need to do is add them as a Member to MetaPulse.
Update an Existing Post
There are 2 ways to update an existing post:
Update via the Org Chart
Update via your Profile
Update Via the Org Chart
Choose Organisation
Choose View Details of the particular post
Click Edit Post
Update Person at Post
Change Person at Post by finding the member (this person must be an MetaPulse user).
Scroll to the bottom and click Update

Update a post via your Profile
Go to your Profile
Choose Manage Org Chart
Choose Manage Posts
Choose Edit Post
Follow the steps above under Update Person at Post
