The MetaPulse API has a simple method of determining usage limits.

For every graph licence you have you are credited 30 API calls for each rolling 4 week period.

So a basic account with a 40 graph allowance gives you 1,200 API calls per 4 week period, more than 40 updates per day.

Additional API calls are able to be purchased by increasing your graph allowance.
