The difference between Account Holders and Owner Permission is:

  1. Account Holders get access to the entire Account, including payment details and the ability to add and remove organizations.

  2. Owner Permission provides full access to a single organization including the ability to add and remove members, permissions, graphs, knowledge items, objectives, reports and events for that organization only.
