Support Pin
To help with setting up your MetaPulse account, or fixing the occasional bug, the MetaPulse Support Team can access your MetaPulse account.
If you wish to restrict access, you can choose that Support requires the Support Access PIN to access your account.
To change, follow the steps below.
Go to your Profile
Choose either Support requires PIN to Login or Support does not need PIN to login
You can change the pin whenever you wish
Personal Details
Click Settings
Choose Personal Profile
Adjust the profile settings as required
Click Update Profile
Avatar
Click Settings
Choose Personal Profile
Click Choose File and upload your picture
Click Update Profile

Enter your Password
Confirm your Password
Click Update Profile
Note: When you change your password, you will be automatically logged out and will need to log back in again.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Click Settings
Choose Personal Profile
Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Scan the QR code in an authenticator app
Enter the code generated by the authenticator app
Click Verify and Activate
The recovery codes will be displayed. You can use these in case the code from the authenticator app doesn't work. You can copy them in a document or print them.
โNOTE: Each code can be used only once, so if you need to generate new codes, click the Reset Recovery Codes option below the codes. Ensure you do this before using all of the codes.Click Back to Profile to exit this page
Next time you log back into MetaPulse, you will be asked to provide the 6-digit code from the authenticator app.
Click VERIFY AND LOG IN
If for whatever reason the code doesn't work, click Or use a Recovery Code. Enter one of the recovery codes that you saved earlier. Click VERIFY AND LOG IN.
View Recovery Codes
Click Settings
Choose Personal Profile
Click View Recovery Codes
The recovery codes will be displayed. You can use these in case the code from the authenticator app doesn't work. You can copy them in a document or print them.

Disable Multi-Factor Authentication
Click Settings
Choose Personal Profile
Click Disable Multi-Factor Authentication. Click OK.
