Need to add multiple quotas or targets to a graph at once?
You can now prepare them in a CSV file and import them directly into MetaPulse, saving you from entering each period manually.
Preparing your CSV file
QUOTAS
Here's a CSV sample: (You can click the images to zoom in.)
If you look at the columns named "Quota...", you will notice that there are values separated by semicolon (;).
In this case, there are 3 quotas for 3 different time periods.
The Quota Frequency column is used to specify if the quota is daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. In this case, it's monthly. We added it 3 times because we want to create 3 quotas.
In the case of Quotas, there is only 1 column for values, and that is the Quota Value column. Here, you can add the 3 values for the 3 time periods, or months in our case.
The Quota Start Date and Quota End Date columns contain the time period for the quotas. So, the first value in these 4 "Quota" columns are related to the 1st Quota:
Then, the 2nd value in each column is related to the 2nd Quota:
And finally, the 3rd value is for the 3rd Quota:
Once, the CSV is imported, the Quotas will show up on the graph:
TARGETS
The same procedure for Quotas applies for Targets.
Here's a CSV sample: (You can click the images to zoom in.)
If you look at the columns named or "Target", you will notice that there are values separated by semicolon (;).
In this case, there are 3 targets for 3 different time periods.
The Target Frequency column is used to specify if the target is daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. In this case, it's monthly. We added it 3 times because we want to create 3 targets.
In the case of Targets, there is only 2 columns for values and 2 for the time periods.
So, the first value in these 5 "Target" columns are related to the 1st Target:
Then, the 2nd value in each column is related to the 2nd Target:
And finally, the 3rd value is for the 3rd Target:
Once, the CSV is imported, the Targets will be added. To have them show up on the graph, follow these steps:
The targets will be displayed:
