Downtrending graphs help identify areas where performance or productivity is decreasing over time. Look for these graphs regularly to quickly spot individuals whose production is declining. Identifying these graphs early helps pinpoint productivity issues and take corrective action before they become larger problems.

To find downtrending graphs in your organization:

  1. Click Graphs

  2. Click Add Filter

  3. Select Trend

  4. Select Slightly Down, Down and Steeply Down.

  5. Click outside of the selection box in the View area for the filter to be applied. It will display all downtrending graphs.

  6. (Optional) If you want to highlight the Trend on the graphs, click the Show / Hide Trends button.

  7. It will show all downtrending graphs with their trends highlighted.
