TIPS & TRICKS: How to Link to Roles in Knowledge

You can add roles in your Knowledge documents now. This is a dynamic feature, so if you change the role name outside of Knowledge, it will automatically update its name in the Knowledge document.

  1. Click Edit to start editing the document

  2. Click the 3-dot menu

  3. Click Link

  4. Click the Role button

  5. Select the desired Role

  6. Click Apply

  7. The role will appear

  8. If you happen to change the role outside of Knowledge, it will dynamically change it in the document.

  9. If you click on the role, it will take you to that position on the Team Chart.
    ​NOTE: If more than 1 member has that role, it will take you to the member that is highest on the the Team Chart.
