Converted leads are people who were interested in your business and then took action—like making a purchase or signing up for a service.

👉 Lead = Interested person
👉 Converted lead = That person became a customer or took the action you wanted

Converted leads are important for a business because they directly contribute to revenue growth. They show that your marketing works, bring in paying customers, and help grow your business. Each conversion means your investment is paying off, giving you insight into what your audience wants. Over time, this builds stronger customer relationships—making your business more efficient and profitable.

To calculate percentage of converted leads in MetaPulse, you need the following:

  1. Graph for Total Leads

  2. Graph for Converted Leads

  3. Calculated graph that calculates the % of Converted Leads

Let's assume you already have the Total Leads and Converted Leads graphs. To create the Calculated graph, follow these steps:

  1. Click Graphs

  2. Click Create Graph

  3. Add a name for the graph

  4. Choose Calculated from the drop-down menu

  5. Expand the Values drop-down menu

  6. Select the % symbol

  7. Click in the Search menu and type the member or graph name. It will be the Total Leads graph.

  8. Click on the graph

  9. Click Add Graph. Repeat steps 7 - 9 to add the Converted Leads graph.

  10. Both graphs will be added.

  11. Type the following in the Formula field: (G2/G1)*100

  12. Click Create Graph

  13. Once you start adding values in the Total Leads and Converted Leads graphs, the Calculated graph will automatically calculate the % of Converted Leads. See image above.
