The following procedure is related to all accounts on the new pricing plan. Those on the legacy pricing plan ($1 per month per graph and Knowledge item) do not have a storage limit so this doesn't apply to them.
If your storage goes over the limit, like this:
You can quickly resolve it with the following two steps:
1. Open the Knowledge document that contains some of the videos or images you've uploaded and remove them from there.
You should also delete the same files from the Knowledge File Uploads page:

2. Click Settings
3. Expand your Organization
4. Expand Knowledge
5. Click File Uploads
6. If you know which file it is, click Delete. If you are not sure which file it is, click Details.
7. It will show you the document name. If it doesn't, it means that the Knowledge document is still in draft mode (not yet published) or it's been deleted.
8. To verify if this is the file, click Open File.
9. To remove the file, click Delete File.
Check your storage again:
